DON’T BELIEVE ALL THE HYPE!

Welcome to my blog.

One of my missions in life is to educate and arm each of you with enough information so that you are able to question what you hear and read about immune products and your immune system.  You must understand that you CANNOT believe all the hype.

Many products’ advertisements are exaggerated and their benefits are questionable and/or unverifiable.  Many are no more beneficial than drinking salt water.

When someone asks me about a product, I simply say, “Show me the science.”  That is what it is all about, the science, the proof, the evidence that demonstrates the product does what it says it will do.    When the science confirms it does, you can then take the product with confidence.

CAUTION:  Make sure the science is for the ingredient(s) in the product you are reviewing.  Science has been known to “be borrowed.”   Also, there are different levels of purity in ingredients.

How effective is the product?

Does the immune product increase your immune activity?  Does your immune system respond quicker to infectious challenges, i.e. consuming bacteria, etc.?

1. If you ARE taking an immune product, and everyone should be, my challenge to you today is to look at the science on that product.  If there is none, find another immune product.
2. If you are NOT taking an immune product, my challenge for you is to do your research and find one.

Do not be fooled by price!

The saying, “you get what you pay for,” definitely does not apply in the immune supplement market.  An expensive product does not mean that you are getting the best product.   Also, be aware of, “too good a price.”

The market for immune supplements is big.  It should be.  A healthy immune system is the key in maintaining your health.  Strengthen it!
