β-Glucan – Is the Current Research Relevant?

The authors discuss the known benefits of B Glucan, such as phagocytosis and macrophages and cytokines, and suggest that there could be many more valuable uses. To this end, they support increased research into “a wider spectrum” of immune reactions.
